Sam Houston led the Texas Freedom Fighters Against Santa Anna at the San Jacinto Battle grounds.This was after Santa Anna mercilessly slaughtered all at both the Alamo(Crockett,Bowie,Fannin)and the little known battle of Goliad (Austin). Upon completely surprising Santa Anna's Army,Houston spared their lives in an act of great mercy.Texas then extended their boundary to brownsville(along the mighty Rio Grande). Yes they are cheap and I hope they will get cheaper.I need to do some "book value buying for the long term". Bob
