NEW YORK, Sep 5, 2000 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Neuberger Berman Inc. (NYSE:
NEU) announced today that after a competitive review, they have chosen New York
City based full service agency, Hampel/Stefanides, a wholly owned subsidiary of
the Envoy Communications Group (Nasdaq: ECGI; TSE: ECG), as its new advertising
agency of record for the $8-10 million annual account, formerly handled by
Kirshenbaum Bond and Partners. The agency assumes all strategic, creative and
media responsibilities for Neuberger Berman advertising, effective September 1.
