Joyce, China popped on the rumor of that news. . .and is selling on market weakness and should continue selling when the news is out. This is NOT a week for stocks with poor fundamentals or no revs to pop. NOT a week for Li'l Stinkers, Garbage plays or Rat Dogs or whatever.
