Watch out below!! As I mentioned in an earlier post, 10M of the 12M shares are held by venture capitalists and insiders and have been "locked up" for 180 days after the IPO. This lock-up period expired today and should add new selling pressure to a stock which has been trading rather thinly. I still like the longer-term prospects of this company, but would recommend sitting on the sidelines until the price drops by 30-40%. In response to an earlier post, Geotel has recently announced a worldwide distribution agreement with Lucent Technologies (former equipment arm of AT&T who is a leader in ACDs) and has a co-marketing agreement with AT&T (the leading 800 Services provider who also promotes it's own in-house call routing platform) Happy investing
