<<If I'm MU or any other DRAM Fab, but particularly one based in the U.S., and if I found out in 1999, that ....>>

Those are some mighty big big IFs don't you think?
I believe you were critical of some of my "ifs" earlier yet on the basis of what I see as bigger IFs, you go on to say that the only way MU should settle would be for 51% of RMBS.

This in light of the fact that I was criticized for trying to speculate on what a jury might do.

Furthermore you seem to dismiss the fact that there does not appear to be any signed formal documents from RMBS on joining JEDEC. If there were, surly they would have come to light already. You also seem all to ready to dismiss some of the legal arguments presented in favor of RMBS, on the basis that MU is not disclosing all it knows in its suit and/or "might have thrown some meaningless BS in the suit just to coast RMBS investigation time" (my paraphrasing in quotes).

We have not even seen RMBS's reply and it appears you are trying to discount it before it has been seen. Yet you do not want to discount what MU may know. Futhermore, you have also gone on record as stating whow knows what the outcome of ANY jury trial might be, yet you appear to want MU to not settle for anything less than majority ownership of RMBS.

I am not trying to be too critical here, but I believe your obvious bias against RMBS is showing, and it is a STRONG BIAS IMO.

I would appreciate your comments on the legal discussion from Yahoo that Richard presented earlier.

I would also like to see you try to argue this from RMBS's point of view, based on what their arguments might be, rather than BIG IFs in favor of MU.

Thanks
