At one time DRIP was 51% owned by ECO2. Then HMAT was going to purchase DRIP. I am not sure what happened at this point. The deal didn't go through I guess. HMAT invested in SCKT. When the SEC indicted Charles D. Ledford and barred him from any further participation in offering any other penny stock the company ECO2 went along with him, I guess. Surely there were some assets. What ever became of them? I still hold some shares of worthless DRIP. All of these companies are now defunct as far as I can ascertain. Can anyone shed any further light on this subject?
