OLDTRADER Re: please don't tell me DELL and INTC arn't good buys here till year-end. INTC and DELL being good buys here until year end, and what the stock price will do in the face of the analysts pronouncements are two seperate things. I wouldn't touch DELL/INTC (or at least add to my position) strictly based upon the downgrades.
