After a competitive review, Envoy has chosen a full-service agency,
Hampel/Stefanides, based in New York, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Envoy
Communications group, as its new advertising agency of record for the $8-million
to $10-million annual account, formerly handled by Kirshenbaum Bond and
Partners. The agency assumes all strategic, creative and media responsibilities for
Neuberger Berman advertising, effective Sept. 1. "We selected
Hampel/Stefanides based on the right mix of chemistry and creativity," said
Andrea Trachtenberg, senior vice-president, marketing, of Neuberger Berman.
"This was a great account win for us. Good work and good thinking won the day,
and it is always gratifying to add a client of Neuberger Berman's stature to our
