I understand your disappointment; but farm raised fish takes 9 lbs of feed to put on one pound of flesh. MIT is working on a process where fish sleeps in warm water from a nuclear reactor and fed every 30 hours(this is trade secret) apart. Sleep and eat gets fat faster. Does that sound familiar, like some of us that do not exercise.

Adding water to meat is high technology. You drain the blood, then you soak in water before freezing. Sometimes, ham gets spices in the water, for tenderness and flavor.

Have fun, this world is getting better and environment is being clean up fast. Did you know that gasoline is almost 85% water now? Got the formula from the Russians, consisting of water, beet alcohol(we use methyl alcohol) and octane booster. The world cleans itself. Boston Harbor left alone is now clean. Deer Island overflow of excrements settled on the sea floor and all the nutrients go to food chain thru algae or yeast.

We are in good hands.
