With Intel cranking out north of 35M processors per quarter, 5% would translate to 1.7M. That'd be a lot of gigahertz Coppermines, definitely more than the 1.0 GHz and 1.1 GHz Athlons coming out of AMD, at least this quarter.

So if 5% of Intel's processors can reach 1 GHz, I'd say that's pretty damn good relative to AMD. Of course, Athlon might be easier to clock at 1 GHz, but Intel makes up for it in brute volumes.
