Rush is highly biased. He pokes fun at Democrats but seldom at Republicans. What bothers me is not what he does to the Democrats, but what he does NOT do to Republicans. I have yet to hear a poke-fun song at anyone other than the likes of Clinton, Gore or Teddy Kennedy. He spits out right-wing venom in a subtle way. His personality is made for AM talk radio, which, as I have pointed out before, appeals mainly to right-wingers. One quick example. The other day someone called and was lamenting the fact that one of the big oil companies in south Texas, where this person lived, had basically laid waste to a town through pollution. Instead of discussing the issues with the caller, he said, "Are you against a company making a profit? Well, are you?" Then he cut off the caller in pretty quick fashion.
