FYI, I ordered a Dell 1GHZ machine on 8/23. They (dell) have kept on pushing back del date a week at a time. I just got a call now from dell saying they have pushed back delivery until 9/21. If I understood the downgrade today was demand constrained related - I would say more supply constrained. Or maybe not supplying at all. I got that impression from the dell dude. Jay
