Don, I looked at the chart. I don't believe it is a cup and handle. However, that does not mean it isn't a bottom. That does not mean the stock can't have a price rise. It does not conform to the pattern as I know it. It also does not have the necessary fundamental ingredients which contribute to the evolution of the formation. In my mind, the necessary ingredient for the formation to occur is introduction of a fundamentally innovative product or means of production, which alters the industry in a such a way, as to create an irresistable paradigm shift.
