Today wasn't very interesting:

low volume, and the stock can't close above 60.

This is a recording.......

When the stock first hit 60, and I started buying, I thought we'd see a sharp decline, with little time at the bottom, and a sharp rebound as soon as the market decided the endless downward waterfall was over. But it looks like we're going to have to form an extended base, and QCOM isn't going to take off until all the weak hands are out, and we see some improving numbers. That is, this is a "show me" stock, as far as the street is concerned. Nobody is willing to buy this stock on faith anymore. Good news is getting ignored. People are a lot less sanguine about the whole telecom space. Everything from Nokia to WorldCom to Qualcomm is selling off. So, my feeling is, we may have to wait a while before sentiment improves. In the meantime, the momo "investors" who bought in the last 12 months are going to continue to get discouraged, and sell, putting steady downward pressure on the stock.

Can you list what news you think could change sentiment on QCOM? Be realistic, no wishful thinking.
