mr mark, we should keep mitch-c in mind for tough questions. He says that's his day job. Yep - but I'm more of a glorified amateur. Besides, since I have that day job, my response time might not be the best. Currently I'm #2 of a 2.5-person IT department, serving 100 people. When tough stuff like this rolls downhill, I'm usually the valley. <g> However, 6+ years of keeping the critters running and 5/6 of an MCSE doesn't hurt ... Think of me more as a paramedic or a GP than a specialist in "internal (windows) medicine." - Mitch
