Cyberstock Investor Report 09/01/2000 4:30 PM

SNIP:
For example, a recent report from PC Data shows that Handspring's $249 Visor Deluxe has already begun to eat into Palm's market share. In June, the Visor Deluxe accounted for 27.6% of all retail PDA sales in the month. The Palm Vx came in second at 17.6%, and the Palm IIIxe came in third at 15.1%.

In fact, Palm and Handspring have more in common than the titles of champ and challenger, or anatomically related ticker symbols. Not only does Handspring license its operating system from Palm, but the founders of Handspring, Jeff Hawkins and Donna Dubinsky, were also the founders of Palm Computing before selling the company to 3Com (COMS).

PS
Just imagine if the original founders of Silicon Investor, Brad and Jeff Dryer quit Go2net and started another chat site from scratch, kinda like what the creators of the Palm Pilot did. Who's site do you think would be more popular? I know <g>

BTW
I'm not short or long any of these stocks. The only stock I am long on at the present is Norsat, and it's up almost 11% today, and about 70% in the last two weeks.
