Hi Bernard,
just came home, agree that TGNT is very early, so much more risky, plus WCII got a bunch of gov contracts. I think WCII is the best way to do CLECs at this point.
I saw a different number of shares listed in various sources, so the market cap changes and therefore the price/sales ratio. I have seen 85 or 154 million shares (these are diluted)
