Hi all; New details about Micron's DDR plans: (1) Micron to start providing DDR in BGA package at beginning of 4Q. This means that they really plan on pumpin up the MHz. (page 3) (2) They are going for 600MHz data rates with .15u, and include a "reduced-drive" option, which will undoubtedly be useful for point to point applications.
