Dear QS: Well, I wish I subscribe so I could cancell my subscription. haha. I just got a diabolical idea. IF its true the problem is very limited in scope maybe SUNW could get a few THOUSAND happy users together, purchase a full page ad in the WSJ and have them ALL endorse the product. That might turn this into a bonaza instead of a bungle and put these irresponsible magazine writers in their place. JDN
