KD,

This isn't AT&T, but it may help out a bit.

SAN ANTONIO and SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 6, 2000--

Marks One of Industry's First OFX Implementations between Biller and
Consumer Service Providers With Initial Biller Sallie Mae

billserv.com, Inc. (NASDAQ:BLLS.O), the leading electronic bill
presentment and payment service bureau, and CyberBills, the first
company to offer Total Bill Management(TM) over the Internet, today
announced live production availability of their eBill solution. Per
the two companies' distribution agreement signed previously this year,
billserv.com has now begun delivering electronic bills for Sallie Mae
into CyberBills' network, which includes customers of financial
institutions, e-commerce companies and its direct site, StatusFactory.
The billserv.com relationship with CyberBills represents one of
the first of its kind in the marketplace. Billserv.com is now able to
deliver electronic bills via OFX into the CyberBills network. The wide
customer base of CyberBills, which benefits from receiving 100 percent
of their bills online, now has the capability to receive and view
electronically presented bills from the more than 30 billers that have
chosen billserv.com as their eBill solutions partner.
"We are extending our leadership position in the marketplace with
the addition of CyberBills to our list of production distribution
channels. Our billers benefit from a cost-effective bill delivery
method and broader customer reach because of CyberBills," said Michael
Long, chairman and CEO of billserv.com. "This partnership provides
much potential moving forward, and we expect adoption rates within the
CyberBills distribution network to exceed the industry norm. With
Sallie Mae live, we will be able to employ a rapid implementation plan
for our current and future clients to the CyberBills Channel."
According to data provided by the Yankee Group, consumers prefer
to receive and manage all of their bills - both paper and electronic -
at a single site. Billerswho partner with Biller Service Providers
such as billserv.com can deliver electronic bills to consumers at the
Web site of their choice via the CyberBills distribution network.
"This implementation of eBills by billserv.com and CyberBills adds
strength to both companies' leadership position in the rapidly growing
electronic bill presentment and payment market," said Bob Murphy, vice
president of marketing for CyberBills. "This is a major milestone for
billers moving toward an EBPP solution and consumers who continue to
demand a seamless consolidation of all bills regardless of their paper
or electronic origin."
