Following was received by one of our members during the night
" the company has contracted CCN to disseminate the news across North America to all the business wires
PLUS sports/ business wires. They are also putting it out in the UK plus translating into Japanese and put out in
Japan... it's all being done as of 12:05AM Sept.6 (now) with Japan to follow later in day..."
We would point out that while Tiger Woods has in numerous interviews talked of his extremely close relationship with Mr. Harmon and given "Butch" full credit for his contribution to Tiger's success, this announcement re Butch Harmon in no way implies that Tiger has any contractual ties to Firelight. It is hope [from our sources ] that Tiger may endorse Butch's efforts but there are NO contractual ties between Tiger Woods and Firelight and investors should not be led to believe otherwise.
We feel the NR speaks for itself and points the way to significant other contracts due not only to Mr. Harmon's involvement but to the links with Octagon World -wide Sports division and their parent Interpublic Group[NYSE]and the potential that this group brings to Firelight.
It is also our understanding that Firlight has been working for several months on a NASDAQ listing and this announcement today moves them closer to compliance.
