Perhaps temporarily.
Remember - these Idiots could have settled in Jan for royalties on DDR and RDRAM only (pure speculation on my part) They certainly could have put INTC's investment money to better use that to fight INTC and RMBS.

Given MU's poor management decisions, one can only wonder if these idiots (until Infineon or Samsung signs anyway), really intend to take this to trial.

All in all, however, the market hates uncertainty, the sooner this is settled the better we all will be. Even idiots like MU will come to that realization sooner or later, (hopefully sooner), and then MU will be in a better position to better capitalize on short supply of DRAM.

Of course "IF" market heads towards RDRAM and away from DDRAM for PCs, then MU is in trouble regardless.
