the breakup of the Soviet Empire relatively peaceful, Senior-George's biggest failing was to take an isolationist policy while all the countries who had been caught in the Cold War divisions of East/West struggled to adapt to the breakup of the Soviet Empire. The "relative peace" was pretty harsh in those countries. TP
