Sorry to interrupt, but Gore isn't connected with Tenn. at the moment. He hails from there, but running it isn't his responsibility, nor is bringing home the bacon. His job is to represent all 50 states, (or whatever it is that a veep does).

If you compare the two, you need to look at the same categories, comparing improvement/deprovement; Tenn, Ark are irrelevant. (I dunno; to keep it relevant to stocks, try looking at the 200DMA of US executions vs Tx executions).
