C-Cor.net (CCBL) named President and Chief Executive David A. Woodle to the added post of chairman, effective Oct. 17. In a press release Wednesday, the company said Woodle will replace Richard E. Perry, who is retiring. A C-Cor spokeswoman said Woodle, who has been president and chief executive since August 1998, had been vice president and general manager of electronic systems, a unit of Raytheon Co. (RTNA). Jim
