(3D Imaging), formally the scanning services division of Scientific Measurement Systems, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SCMS - news), announced today that it has acquired River City Solutions, Inc. (RCS).
RCS has been the exclusive provider of reverse engineering services and first article inspection to 3D Imaging. ``By bringing in RCS, we now have a full complement of services to offer our customers -- it's a natural fit,'' said Joe Llamas, president of 3D Imaging.
