my guess would be there's been a slight setback in the prospectus review (maybe they're a little light-handed at the sec right now).... i doubt we're seeing anything major, but shorts seem to be responsible for much of the damage. however, i doubt they'll want to go much deeper into this stock than they already have. that being said, there doesn't seem to be much support, so until there's some positive news (nasdaq rebounding, prospectus announced,etc.), i doubt we'll see a serious rally (hope i'm wrong).
