Pensat+Global Resources=Big Telecom. As I mentioned last week, I am looking into this deal that involves GRGI (Global Resources) which has their own revenue stream and Pensat. Pensat is considerably larger than GRGI yet they are both going to be wrapped up in the same company. Once the deal is finalized (And I believe it will happen)... we will have a large Telecom with only 22M O/S and only about 5.5M on the street tradable. GRGI filings and audit will be done within a month. The other issue: I have looked deeply into this Siesta lawsuit. It seems that GRGI is really the middleman in this lawsuit. It certainly appears to me, with the outs that GRGI has that this is going to be a non-issue very shortly. I have a great deal of confidence that TBF is not doing this deal unless it stands a near 100% chance of great success. NOT A REC TO BUY... do your own DD. Tom
