Greg, (or anyone else):

According to CNBC this afternoon, yesterday (Tues.) the Nas. market closed at its lows for the day. That happened 6 (or 7, said both) times previously this year and each time the Nas. market finished lower the next day. So, today, (Wed.) it closed at its low, (as you aptly noted!).

Do you (or anyone else) follow these kind of statistics/'signals?' Should we expect tomorrow to be down? Although not necessarily at its low?

Related question. On a down day if a stock finishes down but above its low for the day (IDTI was down early, climbed back some as the Nas. went down, down -- 88 to 82 to 86 approx. on above ave. vol.) is that a signal of strength?

Thanks for any thoughts.
