You're certainly welcome to post here, but if you want to be taken seriously you'll refrain from using all caps or other BS short tactics to try to make your point.

The OSX will probably be soft in the morning, but remember the last soft API report...the OSX closed higher later. OSX stocks don't have to follow crude prices. (In either direction).

I tend to agree with BigBull, if the XOI makes new highs then I think the OSX will breakout as well. This is merely one report. Any additional OPEC oil from the Sept meeting will take at least 6 weeks to get here. Do you really want to hold you short positions for several weeks in this environment?

You might get lucky, but considering the potential gains vs losses I think it's foolhardy to say the least. There will be plenty of chances to short these stocks 1, 2 or even 3 years from now depending upon the length of this cycle.
