MBE Technology Pte Ltd., Singapore mbetech.com Little-known customer for GaN and InP substrates, now better known thanks to today's news of a multi-million dollar contract for supply of 6-inch GaAs wafers next year. They use production MBE machines from Riber according to their company profile. WT
