Interestingly, even committing an SI "felony" doesn't get you terminated, according to the guidelines. Well, you guys have a jailhouse lawyer, for all the good it may do you.<g>

Seriously, if SI administration doesn't intend to adhere to the guidelines, they shouldn't have published them. My take on it is that we have a contract, and a contract is two-sided, so SI administration has an obligation to play by the rules, too. Especially because they wrote the rules. And a contract is enforceable.-ng-
