Sarmad,

GST was referring to refining capacity. Not recovery or availabily of crude. I believe it is a fact that refining capacity is now inadequate based on the current draw down. You may be correct about the cause of the currnet draw down but it is far too late in the season to change that picture.

I do not agree this will have a lot of impact on the market. Were looking at possibly spot shortages of distillates used for heating more than anything.
