Risk-takers/entrepreneurs are also people (like myself) who go into neglected neighborhoods and buy/rehab/live in houses (done it three times now), rebuild the communities from the inside out, instead of heading for the farthest suburb and worrying whether the "blight" will head your way.

Risk-takers come in many forms. The cop or firefighter who puts his life on the line every night is probably a union member. Think about that the next time you call 911.
