Some do, some don't. Regardless, if the FED raises interest rates, the market as a whole will drop some. More people are likely to sell, and less are likely to buy. Even if they don't give a "flying f*** about the Fed," the Fed's decision tomorrow will affect DDIM, as well as many other stocks.
