To All: Got my Monthly Statement from my Broker to-day.. What a surprise to learn that NPEC did a Reverse Split at 1 to 10...Why would you do a 1-10 R/S on a PENNY STOCK??? Symbol changed to NPER....My Broker gave me a quote of .27 on it at 1pm EST....Bill
