Slides 29 and 30 appear to present new and updated info.

Slide 29 indicates that MTSN expects Operating Profit to grow from $17M this year for the combined entity to $80M in 2001.

Slide 30 shows an expectation of $94.5M in Operating Profits for the year 2001 after anticipated synergies of almost $15M. That's at a 13% Operating Profit rate.

Business model target is for a 20% Operating Profit.

Brad also seemed to be complaining a bit when he compared his stock price with that of other companies with similar margins.
