JGoren, As much as I dislike it, your question is of interest to the thread. I will state my position generally. After completing an MBA in Finance, I went back to undergrad for 2 more courses in BusLaw. I was maybe unique because I went to grad school specifically for the purpose of evaluating investments, but I knew even then(1989) the legal angle sat above all else........to my dismay. I would be most interested in the responses to your inquiry. Cooters
