The street.com article that I remember reading (about SEI) said PGO was standard at around 4 years. It was SEI that stretched it out to 8+ years.

I think you have your facts wrong. Either way PGO has crews unlike SEI so it's not as reliant upon it's library. Lastly they have FPSCO's to provide consistancy to their revenue stream.

PGO is clearly a cheap, high quality laggard imho - especially with the international market finally turning and with the possibility of FPSCO's being used in the GOM eventually.
