We never got very deep into the how many shares of LUMT a MRVC holder will get in a spin off. My guesstimate is around 2 LUMT shares for every 1 MRVC. This may be a little high but would be interested in other people estimates. IF MRVC is priced at ~20 and trades up, under my estimate, that would mean MRVC's current value is approx equal to the LUMT value?
