Scumbria I do not know how to evaluate his information.
Bilow admits to bashing as well as to lies and much of his technical information, right or wrong, I do not know how to evaluate because I just am not technical enough. Futrthermore, he talks condescending about "mom and pop" in a manner this is often hard to understand.

When this is presented with gloating and BWHAAAAAA's
(and although some of the longs do this as well, possibly even me at times, hopefully not as bad) the entire combination just is not worth the time it takes me to figure out if he is indeed trying to be factual or not.

I do try to understand what you are trying to say, or anyone else for that matter provided I see some consistancy, and lack of gloating. I do not mind a little kidding or sarcasm (actually I find some of your terse question reponses humurous) and everone on this thread better be able to take a little of this as well as dish it out AS LONG AS IT DOES NOT GET TOO PERSONAL OR TOO FAR OUT OF HAND.

In the end, however, RMBS vs the world will NOT BE DECIDED ON TECHNICAL DETAILS.

MU by design or idiocy has forced RMBS into a corner, requiring them to litigate for rights on DDR as well as SDRAM. I believe they will win this battle (in court if necessary), but in all likelihood it will never got to trial.

They will settle, and it will not be for 51% of the company as suggested as a POSSIBILITY by someone else. The sooner MU settles the better off MU will be - IMHO.

In the meantime RDRAM vs DDRAM is imortant only in that DDRAM will pay higher royalties, and for short term FUD and bragging rights. As to whether or not RMBS collects royalties on SDRAM, I believe they will now, but I also think RMBS would have been willing to negotiate it away in Jan had MU the forsight to sign then. Here MU is $9B later and MU is fighting a stupid battle because they thought they could get away with thievery and do not want to admit it YET.
