Jim, re: "I'm sorry but I just can't see earnings being anything but stellar...from AMD and Intel" I don't think that's what the market is worried about, this quarter is essentially over. With all the FUD coming out of SSB, PJ and now the reports of soft DRAM demand and prices, I think the market is worried about guidance for Q4. Intel was priced for huge growth, so was Micron, AMD is probably less vulnerable on a longer term (this year) basis. If the huge growth isn't there, well... I don't know if the market is softening or not, what do you think? John
