INTC has come out several times and have said they were capacity constrained, so I really do not know what sources Kumar is listening to. They have said this knowing full well that shareholder lawsuits will present themselves should they prove wrong. What does Kumar lose if he is wrong? My bets are in Craig Barrett & INTC, hands down.
