The IP feed will address the sticky Level II problem, however not the Island book issue. Our Island data comes directly from the ECN, and not through Comstock. We are not using a direct line from Island currently, but are upgrading to that. The new farms (i.e. the new mtnview, boston, and eventually herndon) will be installed with the direct feed from Island at a later date than the IP Feed as that is our priority currently. One future enhancement we will be making to QCharts is the ability for clients to flag a particular Island or Lvl II quote as stale, and it will be moved to the bottom of the list until it updates again. If anyone has any more questions, please let me know. ~Jay
