Actually,
0/0 = 0
2/2 = 1 divided by 2 = one half
3/3 = 1 divided by 2 = one half

PS: Does anyone know if MRV is still in business? It has stock trading on the Nasdaq and a web site? Anyone actually seen or heard from a company representative within the last two months?
