Alighieri,

I won't say that Kumar doesn't think he is right. But he did an excellent job of being influential, and of getting his name and his firm's name in front of millions of investors. His timing was perfect.

And if Intel rallies from here to new highs, how many regular folks will remember his call? Not many. But how many will remember his name and Piper Jaffrey, many more than before.

And also, maybe his guess will turn out to be right.
