No, not really. I've followed them since well before they were public, as John Wong (a friend, then of Van Kasper) was instrumental in funding one of the early rounds. But, only from the stand of a curious observer.... I really can't comment on investment quality.

Seems like they moved aggressively to find a reasonable indication.... oral mucowhatever.

Have they moved beyond amphiphilic peptides? I have never regarded them as a MCDE competitor, but maybe I missed something.
