MSFT. Money flow is very very positive. Block flow is positive. MSFT trading higher. Some people talk of a possible settlement with DOJ. CORRECTION: 12:30 pm Microsoft denies the rumors that it is in the process of settling with DOJ. MSFT +1 to $70 1/2 12:25 pm National Semiconductor (NSM) reports Q1 profit of 76 cents per share, a dime better than the estimates. NSM +1 1/2 to $46. Trading is still halted.
