Settlement, whom, very unlikely. DOJ won court case. The only way for this thing to settle now is for MSFT to agree to an amicable splitup of the company. Why would they settle for anything less. They are in the drivers seat.

Settlement talks should have taken place before a verdict was reached. But Ballmer and Gates were drinking to much wine at the time.

This case will mature in due coarse. It will be a long time before an outcome is known and the longer the better for MSFT's competitors.
