Hi rod & all - obviously, resumption of trading precedes everything else. I presume Naz delisting is really an automatic pop up when trading has been halted for an extended period of time. I'd think VARL will have the financial strength to relist [I think relisting requires double the equity vs ongoing listing, but VARL is a real co with real earning, so it is not likely a problem. Or it can go over to AMEX. Worst is to go on the pink sheet, which is a MM heaven.

So, my worst case scenario is really the worst case! And my guess is that it reserves for the cos like BRE-X. And, my friends, VARL is no BRE-X <vbg>
